This year marks the 21st Annual Regional Stormwater Conference, continuing our tradition of bringing together professionals dedicated to protecting and improving water quality across the Southeast.  We are excited to gather this year in Point Clear, AL, where attendees will connect, collaborate, and share innovative approaches to stormwater management.

This Conference attracts more than 350 participants from across the Southeast, including local, state, and federal stormwater managers and regulators; developers and land-use planners; civil and environmental engineers; landscape architects; environmental professionals and consultants; and engaged community stakeholders committed to protecting water quality.

Registration (Fees, Discounts, Deadlines and Refunds)
Fees: 

The attendee registration fee includes all course materials, unlimited access to your choice of two concurrent educational tracks, opportunity for continuing education credits, access to the exhibit hall, meals (Thursday = continental breakfast, lunch, two breaks and a reception, Friday = continental breakfast). We accept payment by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.) If you wish to pay by check, select the “invoice” option and mail the check along with a copy of your invoice to SESWA, PO Box 16098, Tallahassee, FL 32317.

Please note that single day registrations are not available. Advance registration is required; onsite registration may not be available. We appreciate your understanding.

Discounts:
  -  Early Bird Rates: Attendees who registered on or before June 24, 2026, are eligible to receive the early-bird discount.
  -  SESWA Members: SESWA members receive discounted registration rates! Be sure to login to your unique profile when you register.

Deadline: The deadline to register online is September 11, 2026, or when capacity was met – whichever occurs first. Onsite registration may not be available.

Refunds/Cancellations: Refunds (minus a $25 processing fee) are given for cancellations received in writing prior to September 11, 2026. After this date, SESWA has purchased materials and food on your behalf; therefore, refunds cannot be provided.

Continuing Education
Attendees are eligible for up to 10.25 continuing education credits on an hour per hour basis, including 2 credits for the optional Pre-Conference Workshop and up to 8.25 credits for the Conference. Please refer to the Conference Agenda for session-specific credit information.

Certificates of attendance and continuing education documentation are available for the following designations:
  • Professional Engineers (PEs): Credits intended to support CPC/PDH requirements; acceptance is determined by the applicable state licensing board.*
  • Certified Floodplain Managers (CFMs): Credits intended to support CFM continuing education requirements; acceptance is determined by the certifying body.
  • EnviroCert International approval is pending.
  • Other attendees: Certificates of attendance available upon request for personal continuing education records.
Because continuing education requirements vary by profession and jurisdiction, attendees are responsible for confirming acceptance of credit with their applicable licensing board or credentialing organization.

*SESWA is an approved Florida Continuing Education Provider (FBPE Provider #0004288) and previously held the North Carolina CPC Sponsor Approval from the NC Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors (NCBELS) prior to North Carolina discontinuing its sponsor approval program.

Hotel, Parking, and Transportation
Hotel:

The conference hotel is The Grand Hotel Resort & Spa located at One Grand Boulevard, Point Clear, AL 36564. SESWA contracted with the hotel to reserve sleeping rooms for conference attendees, helping make your travel planning easier while keeping conference costs affordable.  This block of rooms is at a discounted rate of $209/night. The resort fee is waived for SESWA attendees!  Please disregard any mention of a resort fee on standard hotel confirmations, as SESWA attendees are not required to pay it.

Parking:
Hotel self-parking is complimentary for SESWA attendees (the hotel website or confirmation may say differently).

Airports and Shuttle Information:
  -   Pensacola International Airport (PNS) 53 miles from the hotel
  -   Mobile Regional Airport (MOB) 34 miles from the hotel
  -   Round trip and one way shuttle services can be arranged through the Hotel by calling 251-990-6370.

Fairhope Daily Shuttle
: Enjoy a day in Downtown Fairhope without the hassle of looking for parking. Located 4 miles from the property is the small town filled with local shopping and dining for every guest with your party.  Reserve transportation to enjoy Fairhope for a day by emailing our Grand Transportation team at [email protected]. The fee is $20 per person round trip. The shuttle departs at 11 am from the valet circle and returns at 3 pm. Pick up and drop off at Fairhope Welcome Center.
