In response to ongoing concerns for the safety and health of all conference participants, the SESWA Annual Conference will be held online.  The dates of October 7-9, 2020 will not change. SESWA remains committed to being the preeminent source of stormwater education in the Southeast. We are excited to be able to offer the same great stormwater education in an online format, provide attendees with access to continuing education credits, provide opportunities for interaction and much more!

Who Should Attend?
The Conference is designed for local, state and federal stormwater managers and regulators; developers and land use planners; civil/environmental engineers and landscape architects; environmental professionals and consultants; environmentalists and interested citizens.

Registration, Discounts, Deadlines and Refunds
The discounted early registration rate will be extended indefinitely to all registrations for the online event.  The registration fee includes all course materials and unlimited online access to all PowerPoint presentations and session recordings for a year.  Payment can be made online or by check.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be given (minus a $25 processing fee) for cancellations received in writing prior to September 18, 2020. There will be no refunds granted after September 18th.

Continuing Education

Professional Engineers, Certified Floodplain Managers and anyone requesting a certificate of attendance are eligible for continuing education credits on an hour-per-hour basis.  Up to 11.25 credits are available.  Please refer to the Agenda for detailed information on credits available.  SESWA offers continuing education for Professional Engineers in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.  Of these states, Florida and North Carolina require that continuing education providers be approved in advance.  SESWA is an approved provider for Florida (#0004288) and North Carolina.

Hotel Information
If you had a hotel reservation in the SESWA room block, the Hilton Head Marriott cancelled your reservation for you. 
If your room was cancelled you should have received an email from the hotel.  SESWA does not have access to this information, please contact the hotel directly to confirm your room cancellation at 800-228-9290 or follow the instructions on your confirmation.  Please don't forget to cancel any other travel arrangement you made for this event.
