Hotel Information & Parking
The Conference was held at the Hilton Head Marriott. The address is One Hotel Circle, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina 29928. SESWA  contracted with the hotel to set aside sleeping rooms for all conference delegates. We do this to keep conference costs low and to make your planning as easy as possible. If you choose not to stay at the conference hotel, SESWA could be responsible for paying for those unused rooms.

A block of rooms was reserved for SESWA delegates for a discounted rate of $159/night. To receive your discounted SESWA rate visit our online reservations page or call 1-843-686-8400. Be sure to mention that you are with the “Southeast Stormwater Association” to receive the discounted rate. The block of rooms was held until September 5, 2022 or until the block fills up, whichever comes first. Self-parking at the hotel is complimentary for SESWA attendees. Please note that your hotel confirmation may have the standard Marriott rates listed so be sure to tell a hotel representative that you are with SESWA to receive the discounted parking rates.

Service Project
SESWA's second Stormwater Service Project allowed SESWA members to participate in an eco-friendly  stormwater-focused service project on Hilton Head Island. Participants bagged recycled oyster shells to be used in shoreline protection and artificial reef projects around Hilton Head Island.  The Service Project took place near the Coastal Discovery Museum on Wednesday, October 5th from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM.  All project materials were provided, and there was no cost to participate.  A special thanks to the Outside Foundation and the City of Hilton Head Island for supporting this effort!

Event Safety Guidelines
The health and safety of all visitors to SESWA events remains our top priority. We closely monitor government mandates and policy changes, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines and public health advancements. As information pertaining to the virus continues to develop, we will adjust our approach as needed and keep you up to date with new developments to ensure a coordinated effort and a safe environment for all SESWA attendees.
