Exhibitor Registration
One Booth $1,000 Member / $1,200 Non Member 

The Exhibit Hall is centrally located for easy access during session breaks, breakfast, lunch and the welcome reception making it a prime space for networking as attendees gather.

The exhibitor registration for one booth includes the following:
- One 8' x 10' carpeted space
- Standard electric service
- One skirted table
- Two chairs
- Waste basket
One Exhibit Hall Pass (includes all Conference meals)*
- Final list of Conference attendees provided post-conference

*Additional Exhibit Hall Passes may be purchased for $200 each - a $350 value! A maximum of three Exhibit Hall Passes per exhibit booth are permitted.  

Additional Exhibitor Notes:
- Conference session access is not included with Exhibit Hall Passes and must be purchased separately
- Booths are assigned by SESWA on a first-come, first-served basis
- Final Exhibit Hall Layout will not be completed until September

Exhibit Cancellation Policy:
Refunds (less a $250 processing fee) will be issued for cancellations received in writing on or before September 11, 2026.  Unfortunately, no refunds can be granted for cancellations received after September 11, 2026, as SESWA will have already incurred the cost of registration.
