Over 300 stormwater profesionals joined us in scenic Chattanooga this year! This year's Conference celebrated SESWA’s 10th Anniversary and provided attendees with a wide array of technologies and strategies to address challenges in stormwater management in the southeast. The Southeast Regional Stormwater Conference has been fine-tuned and improved over the past ten years and this year was the best ever! Attendees were eligible to earn up to 14.5 hours of continuing education credits.
Over 300 local, state and federal government administrators and regulators; developers, builders, contractors; land use/development planners, civil/environmental engineers, landscape architects; environmental professionals/consultants; environmentalists and interested citizens were in attendance.
The Conference was held at the Marriott Chattanooga and Convention Center located at 2 Carter Plaza, Chattanooga, TN 37402.
Conference Hotel: A discounted $129/night room block was available at the Marriott Chattanooga.
Conference Hotel: Self-parking at the Marriott Chattanooga and Convention Center was $10/day. SESWA guests staying at the hotel received a discounted rate of $4/day. Please note that the discounted rate should have been applied to your final hotel bill.
Overflow Hotel: Overnight parking was $3/day.
Attendees were eligible for up to 14.5 hours of continuing education credits. Professional Engineers, Certified Floodplain Managers and anyone that completed a certificate of attendance onsite is eligible for credits on an hour-per-hour basis for the sessions attended. Certificates will be emailed to anyone that submitted a continuing education form onsite. SESWA is an approved Professional Engineer provider for Alabama, Florida (#0004288), Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
