  • Kentucky Division of Water Reissues Phase II MS4 Permit
    The Kentucky Division of Water (KDOW) is reissuing the general permit that authorizes the discharge of pollutants in storm water discharges associated with Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4). This permit covers the entire commonwealth of Kentucky.  There are additional requirements in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring, and other conditions set forth in this permit cycle vs. the first permit cycle issued back in 2003.
