MS4’s Responsibilities for Construction Permits in South Carolina

Attention South Carolina MS4s!  The webinar spotlighted emerging developments and trends in the construction permit within the state of South Carolina.  It focused on the responsibilities of both Phase 1 and Phase 2 MS4 permit holders for construction best management practices.  Presenters discussed the decisions that stormwater managers and engineers will face from project planning to close-out and monitoring/maintenance. New directions in South Carolina’s construction permit requirements were also be highlighted. Continuing Education 

Paid registrants that logged in with their unique credentials were eligible to receive up to one hour of continuing education credit.  SESWA offers continuing education for Professional Engineers in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Of these states, Florida and North Carolina require that continuing education providers be approved in advance. SESWA is an approved provider for Florida (#0004288) and North Carolina.

SESWA's webinar software tracks attendance and attentiveness during the webinar. SESWA reserves the right to deny continuing education credits if an attendee does not login or receives a low “attentive” score.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds, credits or transfers of class fees will be given for cancellations received less than 10 days before the webinar begins or if a registrant fails to attend the webinar.  Refunds (minus a $10 processing fee) will be given if cancellations are received in writing at least 10 days prior to the start of the webinar. In the event that a registrant is not able to attend, registrants are encouraged to send substitute personnel. There is no charge for substitutions.
