SESWA conducts a survey of stormwater utilities in the Southeast every two years. The second Survey of Stormwater Utilities was distributed in July 2009 and a copy is provided to new members free of charge. For the first time, trends in stormwater programs, utility rates and other practices are shown by comparing results from the 2007 Survey.
